Samsung CEO, embarrassed by the fiasco of the Samsung Galaxy Fold, “drove it before it was finished”

The Samsung Galaxy Fold is coming quickly indefinitely. Every few weeks, the Korean firm issues a fresh press release or carries out an interview reiterating in vague language that the launch is still underway and will take place earlier rather than later. But time continues and the Fold is not visible in shops.

The Independent has just informed Samsung’s co-CEO DJ Koh that he admits that he “missed something on the foldable phone,” but the company’s recovery is underway. More than 2,000 prototypes are currently being thoroughly tested in order to avoid fresh problems.

Koh earnestly admits it was “punishing. I pushed it before it was prepared.” He did not go into any more details. If the announcement by Huawei of the Mate X had anything to do with the market rush of the Fold, we can certainly infer.
