HTC U11+ to get updated to Android Pie in India

Earlier last month, HTC published Android Pie for HTC U11+ in Taiwan. Android Pie is now rolling out to India as well.

The version number 2.19.400.2 release update needs a reasonably heavy 1.37 GB download. It comes with the usual Android Pie goodies and a security patch on July 1, 2019. In addition, some device improvements are added to the U11 + and Google+ is taken off BlinkFeed.

The current update will take place over the air in a few weeks time and reach all of the Indian units. Users should predict a rapid roll-out in other areas.
