In March, Apple presented its Apple TV+ service, which featured exclusive shows, movies and series, without price tags.
Now TV+ is scheduled to launch in November, which costs $9.99/month, according to sources within Apple. Apple is also expected to offer a free trial time-probably one month-for TV+ to match Apple Music. With its streaming service, Apple will enter a busy market. The powerful stance of Netflix and Amazon Prime Video is created while Disney will introduce its own product.
Netflix and Amazon charge $8.99 a little bit less while Disney+ is said to cost $6.99 at November’s launch.
Apple is now transitioning to services as an alternative source of revenue as smartphone sales (particularly high end smartphones) are slowly decreasing.
Apple already have iStorage, iCloud Storage, iTunes and Apple News+ and Apple Apple Arcade in the shop and this spring will be added to Apple TV+.
