2019 appears to be the darkest year in mobile OS history, given the formal system wide dark topics of Android and iOS. Not only that, but Google(Gmail) and Apple work to make all of their mobile apps more dark topics.

Gmail for Android is the recent therapy, but the champagne has still not appeared. It is still a great deal of work, even if it appears at random to people.

For now, the dark subject’s only available in Settings for the Gmail app. Unfortunately, you don’t get it in the main window or in the side bar. Also it appears to be on and off if it wants, and you don’t control it as it doesn’t come with a click to switch it on or off.
