Required Senior Manager CRM :: PTCL

1. Overall responsible for CRM Project Management: Overall management of project execution phase
2. Ensures that project executed with best IT standards
3. Ensures that all processes implemented are compliant to Business and eTOM
4. Communicates executing summary to management and statuses to stake holders on regular basis
5. Presents Project status in committee meetings
6. Manages resources as per project plan and requirements
7. Develop SOW for upcoming projects
8. Critical review of technical solutions proposed by vendors, scrutinize the solution vis–vis business and technical system limitations and proposing changes to the technical solutions on basis of logical substantiation
9. Effective coordination and communication with internal and external stake holders to achieve project objectives
10. Knowledge and Expertise in Telecom B/OSS
11. Tracking & monitoring of project activities against project management plan
12. Capacity building of the teams.

Required Skills

1. MCS/BCS with 7-9 years of experience in Application Development and Deployments
2. Certified Professionals with CRM, SAP, PMP Certification are preferable
3. Must have Project Management skills and experience
4. Good Management, Presentation, and Communication Skills
5. Must have successfully implemented more than two the enterprise level projects i.e. CRM, SAP, Oracle Apps
