Android O or Oreo is a real delight that Google claims most android users will love to eat. It has a lot of features however five most exciting features are as follows: Improved Battery Life: Android O will limit and manage what the apps do in the background while multiple apps are open. It will stop the background apps to consistently use data. For example, if you are using Facebook but also have Google Maps open in the background, the location services will update the location less frequently for Maps to save the battery from getting drained faster. WiFi Aware/ Discover: With the Android O’s  new Wi-Fi Aware feature, devices running the latest version will be able to discover other Wi-Fi networks, and create a private network between them, allowing the devices to share data between themselves. Autofill forms and passwords: Android O will autofill content into forms just like the Google Chrome browser and other browsers do. Similarly  the new autofill APIs for developers, the users will be able to choose an autofill app, similar to to selecting a keyboard app. Like wise the app can also store user data including email ID, address, usernames and passwords securely. PiP Mode: A PiP (Picture in Picture) mode allows the users to interact with any app while playing a video. Android O will allow multitasking on a device or tablet where it will be possible to view videos in a PiP mode. Notification Channel: Finally after many years, Google has added add native support for notification counts like its competitors. Starting with Android O, Android users can now enjoy native notification support. Don’t worry, this is not it. There is a long list of cool features that are coming with Andriod O.
